Overview

The Drilling Jig Kit is a self-centering drilling jig for TBR-LOC floating shelf brackets.

The multi-step drilling process creates a hole sized for TBR-LOC bracket arms. The self-centering design aligns the hole in the center of the shelf and reduces the risk of blowout. An integrated cam-lock holds the jig in place while you drill.

How it mounts

The bracket stays hidden

The bracket mounts to the wall and the shelf slides over it. No hardware shows below or beside the shelf.

Need a custom size?

Wall plate

Bolts through the plate into framing. This is the only part that touches the wall.

Concealed arm

The shelf slides over the arm and hides it completely. Nothing visible once it's seated.

Shelf body

2" or 2.5" thick, routed for its bracket. Ships unfinished in 14 wood species or paint-grade HDF.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I have to buy brackets separately?

No. Every PLY-LOC floating shelf includes its brackets (EZ-LOC or T-LOC, named in the title) and the mounting hardware. Brackets are also sold on their own, for shelves you make yourself or to replace hardware.

Why does it ship unfinished?

So you can stain, oil, wax or paint it to match your cabinets or trim. Paint Grade HDF is for shelves that will be painted.

How much weight will it hold?

Each bracket's rating is in its product name: 100 lb to 1,000 lb per pair, depending on the system. InnovaShelf publishes the ratings; mount the bracket as its install guide shows for your wall type. For a long span or a heavy load, choose the bracket rating first, then the shelf.

What if my size isn't listed?

Listed sizes are 18" to 72" wide in 3" steps, 10" to 15" deep, and 2" or 2.5" thick. For any other size, send the size and species on the custom order form and we reply with a price.
